CANADIAN TOUR (INCOMING) 2005
In a new venture for the Pony Club Polo, a team from Canada was invited to tour England.
In early July, 4 players (Fernando Massalin, Robbie Egan, Marty Wales and Alix Begg) arrived accompanied by a coach and their team Manager.
In a two-week whirlwind tour of the South of England, the visitors played at five different clubs, watched high-goal polo at a further two, and, to be sure that their feet never touched the ground, enjoyed parties in pubs and private houses, as well as visits to London, Stonehenge and Windsor Castle.
